S’mores Muffins

S'mores-Muffins-1S’mores are a summer staple, yes? Sometimes, however, the weather just doesn’t cooperate with you, and it is too windy or rainy to even attempt to make s’mores. You could toast marshmallows in the oven, or even the microwave, but in a time crunch, I think I am going to turn to this handy-dandy solution :) Wrapping up the ingredients in unbaked crescent rolls, and then throwing them in the oven is genius, and it yields a very yummy result! Thankfully, the recipe is very adaptable to your tastes, so you can add more chocolate, marshmallows, or graham crackers to your liking. Even better? All ages will approve, so it is perfect for family get-togethers.

S’mores Muffins Adapted from a Pinterest pin; recipe can be found here.

  • 12 unbaked crescent rolls {you know, like the Pillsbury ones in the can.}
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 36 to 48 mini marshmallows
  • 5 graham crackers, crushed

to make

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Grease a standard muffin tin
  3. Place an unbaked crescent roll in each one. Fill each with two tablespoons chocolate chips, three to four mini marshmallows, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Fold close so they resemble muffins.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Let cool and enjoy!

Have a happy rest of your day!
