Spinach Quiche

Spinach QuicheA quiche is surprisingly easy to whip up, and you end up with a delicious and satisfying result! :) Like any breakfast food, you can either go down the sweet or savory route. This recipe is definitely savory, brimming with plenty of spinach, cheese, and bits of bacon. As you get more comfortable with the recipe, feel free to add and subtract whatever you want. I’m sure that this would be just as tasty without the bacon or other types of vegetables. To save time, I recommend using a store-bought pie crust. {especially because making a good pie crust requires patience and practice!} However you fit it to meet your tastes, this is sure to be a pleaser at breakfast at dinner!
